Frequently asked questions

We keep guidance realistic and kind. If your question is not here, please contact us.

How do I choose the right level?

Start with Beginner if you haven’t stretched consistently in the past month. Move to Intermediate when sessions feel comfortably challenging, not straining. Advanced is for seasoned practice and should still feel controlled.

Are there medical guarantees?

No. Our courses are educational and for general wellness. They don’t replace medical advice. If you have pain or a condition, consult a licensed professional before practicing.

What equipment do I need?

Most flows only need a mat. A strap (or towel) and a block (or books) make positions more accessible. Courses list exact props in their details.

How does Fallows (favorites) work?

Can I build a warm-up routine?

Yes. Use Fallows to collect your go-to flows, then practice them in sequence—short sessions stack well. Many courses include stacking tips in descriptions.

How long should warm-ups be?

Even 3–5 minutes help wake tissues and focus. For runs, 8–12 minutes with light activation is a good target. Choose duration that fits your day over chasing perfect numbers.

How do I add courses to cart?

Open the catalog and click “Add.” Your cart lives on this device. Visit the Cart page to adjust quantities or check out.

Do you offer refunds?

If a course clearly doesn’t match its description, reach out within 14 days. We’ll review kindly and respond with options.

Can I practice without a mat?

Yes, many desk and standing flows work on carpet or a towel. For kneeling or supine work, a mat or cushioned surface is recommended for comfort.
